I facilitate several poetic sessions, containers and ceremonies, using different modalities and co-creative practises. These are tailored to help you speak to the truth of your existence and integrate the parts of your life story that are no longer serving you.

CandleWrite

CandleWrite sessions are my online monthly co-creative spaces. As a group, we’ll use guided prompts and exercises that encourage participants to explore the self-limiting belief systems they may be carrying about themselves and use poetry to rewrite those into narratives for success. As the name suggests, all participants are asked to bring a candle to the call to write by.

Furthermore, I also give away extra goodies to those who show up with the most vulnerability, authenticity, and willingness to transform the prima materia of their past experiences into something that serves them in the now, including signed book copies, bespoke 1-on-1 explorations, and materials to aid you in furthering your poetic emancipation.

This group is open to all levels of experience with writing – including no experience! Sessions are 2 hours long and costs only £3 per session to attend. You can pay for one or numerous sessions in advance.

CandleWrite rituals generally run on the last Sunday of the month, or are timed with astrologically significant events. The next session scheduled for 27th January 2025. If you have any questions on if its right for you, please get in touch with me via my Connect page.

Master Your Word is is a world-class course involving structured 1-on-1 sessions, occurring every 2 weeks, with additional practises to complete in-between. This is the place where you can achieve poetic control of your life, equipping you with a linguistic, cognitive and spiritual skillset to help make sense of and resolve whatever trials and tribulations you may find yourself in.

Bespoke 1-on-1 Poetic Integration

A bespoke 2-hour poetic exploration and integration with just me and you. We’ll work with the areas in your life where you feel you’re struggling to make progress. We’ll use poetic techniques to look between-the-lines of what you’re aware of already, bringing new insight to help you move forward and make progress.

Some of the modalities we can incorporate into our session (if appropriate) include:
