Master Your Word
To take charge of our inner realm is the most important and powerful pursuit of agency and sovereignty that anyone can make. Our inner realm informs, shapes and creates our outer realm. When there is disharmony in our internal state, we create and attract further disharmony in the people, relationships, and scenarios that play out around us – all the way to a societal level.
Here is how you can use poetry to master your life.
Monthly Writing Group
I offer a monthly online poetry writing group with guided prompts and exercises that encourage participants to explore the self-limiting belief systems they may be carrying about themselves and use poetry to rewrite those into narratives for success.
This group is open to all levels of experience with writing. Whether you have never written a poem in your life, or you’ve made poetry a profession, you are highly welcome and encouraged to participate.
Sessions are 2 hours long and cost £3 per session to attend. You can pay for one or numerous sessions in advance via my Store. All paid participants are also eligible for a £50 discount for the one-on-coaching portion of Master Your Word.

Master Your Word is the vehicle I use to help others achieve poetic control of their lives, equipping you with a linguistic, cognitive and spiritual skillset to help make sense of and resolve whatever trials and tribulations you may find yourself in. It is a world-class course involving structured 1-on-1 sessions, occurring every 2 weeks, with some additional exercises to complete in-between. Participants will also be given complementary access to the monthly writing group for 1 year following completion of the course. You will not find an offering of this nature anywhere else.
