Get Curious! [1-On-1 Workshop]

Get Curious! is a 1-on-1 workshop focused on inner exploration, redressing the relationship we have with our past to better step into the present moment. In this session, you’ll be invited to get curious about the past versions of yourself that come online whenever you are triggered by events in your daily life. We’ll be using writing and poetic techniques to explore that past version of yourself and discover why they are still feeling called to show up today.

Get Curious! takes place over a 1hr session, with an optional 30min follow-up call the following week to see how the exploration and the activities of the session are working for you, as well as options for continuing 1-on-1 work if appropriate. After completing the check-out, you will be sent a follow-up email to arrange when the session will take place.
