Description
I facilitate a monthly group writing ritual where we use dedicated prompts and exercises to explore the narratives at play in your life, and how to contextualise them so that those narratives serve us, rather than us serving those narratives.
These sessions generally run on the last Sunday of every month. The next session is due to take place online on December 28th 2025 at 7pm GMT+0. I limit each session to 12 participants to ensure the space remains intimate and conducive to poetic healing.
The three participants who show up with the most vulnerability and willingness to deepen the space through their poetic exploration will also be offered one of the three following gifts:
